Introduction
With the issue of this Share Statement, You accept the Terms & Conditions below. You must read carefully and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) which apply between You (“Shareholder”) and CleverDo Payment Technologies Ltd (“CleverDo”), You agree that You have read and understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. You further agree to the representations made below.
CleverDo is a trading name under CleverDo Payment Technologies Ltd, registration number BC1362982, having its registered office at Suite 1700, 777 Dunsmuir Street, V7Y 1K4, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Regulated and licensed by FINTRAC, Canada, as Payment Service Provider (PSP) & Money Service Business (MSB) with registration number: M22036350, the digital platform which is hereby issuing a Share Statement in your favour for the Subscription of Ordinary Shares in Digital Partners Network PLC whose registered office is at Sanders Chartered Accountants 1 Bickenhall Mansions, Bickenhall Street, London, England, W1U 6BP and whose registered number is 13532707 (“Company”).
Warranties and Liabilities
In no event shall CleverDo or its affiliates, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or other representatives be liable to You for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Issue of the Share Statement.
CleverDo takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of the Shareholder information provided by the Company to CleverDo, this includes any error in the Shareholder name details, number of shares, subscription date, or any other Shareholder information provided by the Company to CleverDo to issue the Share Statement.
CleverDo’s obligation will be limited to acting as a distribution channel through its Digital Platform. You agree that: (A) there is not any contractual relationship or legal engagement with CleverDo; and (B) CleverDo assumes and will have no express or implied liabilities to You for the issuing of the Share Statement.

These Terms together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements, or agreements that might have taken place in relation to these Terms.
These Terms and the relationship between You and the Company shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, notwithstanding Your actual place of residence.
