As a regulated Money Services Business (MSB), CleverDo Payment Technologies Ltd (“CleverDo”) and all of its affiliated companies must comply with the sanction laws and regulations of the United Nations, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom and all other applicable sanctions laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which CleverDo operates. CleverDo reserves the right to refuse or withdraw services to any private person or corporation residing in one of the countries below, without any explanation or reason given. Furthermore, CleverDo reserves the right to periodically adjust the list of countries in which we will not operate, without prior notice.
